- Each resident may have one visit per week – maximum of 2 Visitors per visit
- Visits can be pre-booked up to 7 days in advance.
- You can make changes to your online booking up to 24 hours prior to your booking time. If your visit is sooner than 24 hours, you will need to call the front desk to change/cancel your booking.
- We may find it necessary to cancel your visit due to outbreak, inclement weather (including heat advisory) or other reasons. If we need to cancel your visit we will give you as much warning as possible.
- If you need to cancel your visit, please provide us with as much notice as possible as there may be a wait list for your time slot.
- Residents in isolation cannot receive indoor or outdoor visits until cleared from isolation.
- Please note that all visits MUST be confirmed by the home either by text, telephone or email. If you have not received a Confirmation message, we will not be prepared for your arrival. If you have made a booking request, and have not received a Confirmation message within 48 hours of initiating the request (please allow for 72 hours on weekends and statutory holidays), please call 905-574-2000, and speak to our front desk.
